I have hopefully broken out of my plateau too! The lowest weight I had gotten down to was 119.4 lbs. That was a while ago and I fluctuated back up and never went down again until todayyy! I’m so happy!
Still feel ugly and too big but I’m trying to ignore those feelings so I can just have a good time.
Back to my regular scheduled programming. Ultimate weight loss goal is a range of 115-117 lbs.
Hoping to reach it before the end of the month.

fuck this day.
I didn’t weigh myself this morning. I ended up binging and throwing up right before dinner. Then I ate more than I was comfortable with at dinner and now I’m filled with anxiety about it. I can barely think about anything else. I can’t think about anything else except how fat I look and how my period is late. …and how anxious I am about tomorrow. I’m so stressed that I’ve been biting my nails all day too. I feel so out of control. I hate this feeling.

I think I’m back up to 125 lbs or so. Need to get my ass back in gear and lose 10 pounds this month! On another note, my period is currently 3 days late. Pretty classic though so I’m trying not to freak out about it…

Last weekend the scale read 119.4 lbs!
Since then it’s fluctuated up to and within 123 lbs.
Yesterday morning I was back down to 120.2 lbs.
I didn’t weigh in this morning so I’m really hoping I see another drop tomorrow.
I’m so close to breaking out of the 120’s, I can taste it.
Kind of freaking out about this weekend. Family dinner with the boy on Saturday and then a BBQ with friends on Sunday…
